There are several settings you can configure for your order process:
- When your order with ibanking payment will expired.
Some customers may not continue for payment after making order. To avoid a product being locked for purchase that is not paid for too long, we introduce order expiry. For example, if you want the payment to be made within 12 hours after placing the order, or else the order will be set to cancelled, all you need to do is following these steps:
- Go to Configuration/Settings in the sidebar, and then choose Payment Settings
- Edit Bank-Transfer Order Expiry (in hours) field.
