    1. Why shipping cost doesn't appear after I select shipping?Some shipping method depends on product weight to calculate its fee. Most probably you haven't input weight for each of your product. Go to tab "Products" and update the weight of every product. Note that the unit for weight is "gram".

    2. On what size I should upload my product pictures?Our templates provide 2 ways to adjust the size of your product pictures. First, the system will automatically resize the uploaded pictures and constrain the proportion based on the width of the image. It means that the height of the image will conform the width so that the image still looks proportional. Because the height is not fix, if you upload images with different resolutions, the height of images will also be different from one to another as it's seen in the picture below:To make the product pictures looks neat, it is suggested to upload images with the same resolution if you choose the above way. The second way, you can set the ratio of your product pictures. If you set the ratio, it means that all product pictures will be displayed in that ratio. To set the ratio, go to your admin panel and choose "Settings" tab. Click on "Product Settings" and enter your desired ratio on "Product Image Ratio (weight:height)" field. If you use this way, your product pictures will look neat even if you upload images with different resolutions.

    3. How to add category to navigation/home page?

    • To add catagory to navigation/home page, please follow these following steps :

      • First, create new category, that's optional whether you want to create normal catagory or special catagory. 

      • Second (optional), if you want to have subnavigation that appears as dropdown, create new category and choose the parent to be the first category you have created on step 1

      • Next, Go to 'Navigation' in the sidebar. and than choose 'New Navigation Item'

      • Fill up the following fields with the following value:

        FIELD NAME

        VALUE

        Menu Title

        The title of the navigation item which will appear on the website's main navigation (it is recommended to use simple, straight-forward and easy to understand word).

        Link to Page

        Choose "Products" from the dropdown as an item will be linked to, and than two other fields will appear, that are:

        • Product Category: choose the 'Catagories' which you have been created on the step above. 

        • Sub-Menu Type: choose 'Categories' to show the subcategories under the previously specified category as dropdown of the navigation item.

      • Click Save or Update.

    4. How to Change the picture size ?

    To change the picture size, you can using Adobe Photoshop and Paint 

    A. Change the Picture size using  Adobe Photoshop

    To Change the picture size using Adobe Photoshop, please follow the following steps : 

    • Go to Photoshop 

    • Create a new document, File menu > New

    • Specify the width and height of the image that we will be create

    • After created a new canvas, open the image to be change, File menu > Open

    • Move the image will be resized to the new canvas. click the select tool and drag the image into the new canvas. 

    • After copied, show Transform Tool by selecting the newly copied image layer and activate the Select Tool. If not appear, checklist on the Options bar. 

    • Adjust the image on the canvas area, press Enter or click Done in the upper right corner.

    • And than save image

    B. Change the Picture size using  Paint

    To Change the picture size using Paint, please follow the following steps : 

    • Go to Paint

    • Open the picture to be change, File menu > Open

    • Click resize

    • A pop up will appear, unclick in the maintain aspect ratio, choose the compression method, used percentage or pixels . 

    • Click Ok and then save

    To Crop the picture using Paint, please follow the following steps : 

    • Go to Paint

    • Open the picture to be change, File menu > Open

    • Click Select

    • You can drag and drop the picture to crop the part of picture and then click crop 

    • you can see the image size in the bottom .

    • Save the image

    5. How to create a store with multiple categories ?

    To create store with multiple categories, please follow the following steps :

    1. Create a normal catagory to be incognito catagory when creating a product, to create a normal catagory please follow  the following steps :

    • Go to Catagories in the sidebar, choose new catagory

    • Follow the given instructions and key in necessary information 

    • Click Save

    2. Create a special catagory, to create a special catagory please follow  the following steps :

    • Go to Catagories in the sidebar, choose new catagory

    • Follow the given instructions and key in necessary information 

    • Choose tags as a special type and Set a tags as desired

    • Click save

    3. Create a product :

    • Choose the incognito category that has been created previously as a catagory

    • Set a tags as desired and then save

    4. Create a Navigation :

    • Create a navigation for special catagory that has been created previously and for each catagory .

    • Set a parent as desired.

    6. Why my product picture show blank in website?

    When you upload your product picture but it show blank in your website, This possibility occurs because of an error on the type of image and to resolve this problem you can using Adobe Photoshop. 

    • Go to Photoshop 

    • Open the image, choose File > Open

    • Save a picture for web or devices

    • Click Save

    • and then reupload the picture in your website 

    7. How To Setup Google Adwords

    To promote your website with Google Adwords, please follow the following steps : 

    1. Create your Google Adwords Account

    • Go to http://adwords.google.com/

    • Sign up to create new google adwords account,  or you can use any Gmail or Google App account to log in. 

    • To start using Google Adwords click 'Create your first campaign' 

    2. Set up your campaign

    • To set up your campaign, Follow the given instructions and key in necessary information

    • Fill up the following form with the following value

    Campaign name

    Choose any name to identify your campaign (e.g. Campagain #1)

    Type        

    Choose search network only (recommended)

    Location

    Choose Indonesia if you are targeting the Indonesia market.

    Bid strategy

    Choose “I’ll manually set my bids for clicks”(recommended so that you will understand how to adjust your bids, and how it affect your ads’ performance in the later stage).

    Budget

    Set your daily budget you want to start. (recommended: try IDR 100.000 to get started and evaluate the results before dumping more budget)

    Ad extensions

    Ignore it at the moment.

    • And than click save

    3. Create First Ad 

    • To create Ad click “Create ad group”, Follow the given instructions and key in necessary information

    • Fill up the following form with the following value

    Select your keyword

    Type in the search keyword you want to advertise your ads in on the keyword box. If I add “website design” as keyword, it means my ad will appear when people are searching for “website design” in Google. You can add as many as keywords you want, just try to explore different keywords and see how they perform. If you are more of an IT-savvy person, you can try to explore this Google Keyword tool to help you choose the suitable keywords to promote your website.

    Ad Group Name  

    Name your ads, for example if I am running a website campaign, I may have one ads for e-commerce website

    Each ad contains a headline, 2-line description, and URL

    You can see the preview of your ads on the Ad Preview section as you type. Note that there is a maximum limit on the number of characters you can use on your ads.

    • Click save and continue to billing 

    4. Setting Up your billing information

    Your ads will only be active after you setup your billing information. Click Save and continue to billing to do the setup. To setting up your billing inormation, please follow the following steps :

    • Select your country and than click continue

    • Follow the given instructions and key in necessary information

    • Click continue

    • Follow the given instructions and key in necessary information

    • After you click ‘Save and Activate’ on the last step, your ads will be activated automatically, and you will start seeing your ads on Google search after ads validation

      8. I already have domain and hosting, can I use my domain and hosting while using SIRCLO?

      If you already have domain and hosting, you can still use it while using SIRCLO. In this case, there are 3 ways to resolve .

      • Migrate Name Server

      • Update A Record

      • Migrate Domain

      if you choose migrate name server and you already have an existing email, you will lose all past email records. and we will make a new email for you, to migrate name server we need admin panel of your domain. 

      And than,  if you do not want your email record is lost, the alternative just update the A Record. For this you must to keep paying the past hosting 

      The last, if you want migrate domain in our hosting, we will charge a fee to process it. and domain migration takes approximately 2 weeks.

      9How to Track Order?

      Each customer can check their order, whether it has been sent or not. To track order, please follow the following steps :

      • If you have sent the item of customer orders, go to orders and than click the order ID

      • Click edit order

      • Fill up the Merchant's Remarks Field with Number of Receipt

      • Click mark as shipped

      • Your customers will receive notification email that their order has been shipped and they also can see on their account in webstore

      10. I don't receive email while trying to make order

      If you don't receive email while trying to make order, please check general setting in admin panel, in the field 'from email address' do not use yahoo mail account . 

       

      11. How to renew ?

      If the active period your webstore already will be expired or even has been expired, and you want to extend to using sirclo, please follow the following steps :

      • Login with your account and then click submit

      • Choose subscriptions and then click make payment

      • Invoice will be automatically sent to your email 

      • After making payment, immediately make confirm payment. 

      • After payment was received, your online store automatically activated . 

      12. How To Subscribe to SIRCLO plan?

      To subscribe, please follow the following steps :

      After create onlinestore in SIRCLO, you will receive an email notification . in email, there is a link to subscription

      • Click the link and you'll be directed to the login page . log in using your account and then click submit

      • Choose online shop then click upgrade

      • Fill up the following fields with the following value:

      Plan

      : Choose the plan do you want

      Personal Particulars

      : Fill in your personal data with complete

      Payment Method

      : Choose the payment method do you want

      • Invoice will be automatically sent to your email, and you'll be directed to the payment confirmation page

      • After making the payment, immediately make confirm payment by following the given instructions and key in necessary information

      • Click payment confirmation

      • After payment was received and then we will process your subscription . 

      13. How to create a discount coupon that is not applied to sale products?

      You can create 2 types of coupons, that is cart coupon and product coupon. If you want to create a discount coupon that is not applied to sale product, so you can choose to make a product coupon because cart coupon will apply to all existing products.

      14. Why I can't send email using my zoho account ?

      When you can't send email using your zoho account, that may occur because you often send email blast using your zoho account.

      To send an email blast, we recommend not using normal email account, but by using MailChimp. to setup MailChimp, please follow the steps on this help page : http://www.sirclo.com/help/config-newsletter-setup

      15. How to I change plan in SIRCLO?

      To change a package or upgrade your online store, it's almost same way with subscribe, please follow the following steps : 

      • Buka website sirclo www.sirclo.com kemudian login menggunakan akun anda

      • Choose online shop and then click upgrade

      • Select plan to upgrade your online shop

      • Invoice will be automatically sent to your email, and you'll be directed to the payment confirmation page

      • After making the payment, immediately make confirm payment, and After payment was received to our account, your online store will be automatically upgraded.

      • If you're upgrading plan when the previous plan is still running or active, so :

        • If monthly package, you only need to pay the cost of the new plan for the next month, and your webstore will be automatically upgraded.

        • if yearly package, you only need to pay the difference price multiplied by the remaining time. example : If you are using plan A and want to upgrade become plan B when the package is already running 3.5 months, you only need to pay the difference in price of package B and package A, multiplied by the remaining time. = IDR 160.000 x 8 = IDR 1.280.000

      16. How to create forwarding email ? 

      You can have your zoho account emails automatically forwarded to another account email. To forward emails from another email please follow the following steps:

      • Login with your account

      • Click Setting

      • Choose email forwarding and POP/IMAP

      • Click add email address

      • Add email will be receive an email from your email account and than click add

      • Thats email will be receive email verification, clich here for confirmation

      • Verify your email

      • Verification email success

      17. How to clear Cookies and Cache in browser?
